The International Conference for Shopping Centers is the world’s largest global gathering of retail real estate professionals. Developers, owners, brokers, and retailers do a year’s worth of business under one roof. This was a high-value venue for Walla Walla leaders to showcase the area’s development potential. Brauhn developed the strategy and the tactic to make a lasting impression with prospective investors.
To ensure Walla Walla was not just another entity throwing disposable brochures and fliers at decision-makers, I created a hardcover video brochure that autoplayed a 2-minute video highlighting key economic indicators and properties ripe for development. The video was accompanied by an informational page on the government website.
